Have your say

Each meeting includes a public participation period where residents can raise matters with the council. If you want an item considered for the agenda, contact the clerk at least a week before the meeting.

Agendas & minutes

On the live site, this library holds the current year's agendas and approved minutes as accessible documents, newest first. In this preview the slots are ready — the clerk emails each document and it is published within one working day.

Accessible formats

If you need any agenda or minutes in a different format — large print, accessible PDF, plain text — contact the clerk and we will provide it.
